Principal Dentist

Dr Ken Chen grew up and attended school in Brisbane after his family migrated from Taiwan when he was 5 years old. Since graduating from the University of Queensland in 2009, Ken has worked in private practices in Toowoomba and Brisbane before joining the team at South Burnett Dental Group in 2014.

Ken practices with the aim to provide light hearted yet comprehensive dental care to his patients. He enjoys all aspects of general dentistry but is particularly passionate about crown & bridge work and minor oral surgery including wisdom teeth removal

Ken is a member of the Australian Dental Association and regularly updates his knowledge and skills by participating in workshops and continuing education courses in Australia and overseas

Outside dentistry, Ken volunteers at the Chung Tian Buddhist temple in Brisbane and enjoys keeping fit, playing tennis and catching up with friends and family.
